The toughest thing for teams is the turnover of agents. Teams often spend a significant amount of time into training agents only to have them leave the team once they learn how to fly. It’s the nature of the business.
The extra benefit to teams currently is that those agents will likely stay with eXp if they go solo. eXp is still growing and the majority of new agents that will join your team will be new to eXp. This benefit will not be as strong in a few years as eXp continues this strong growth. We already have an agent on our team who partnered with an out-of-state eXp agent.
When those agents decide to leave, there is a good chance they will stay with eXp Realty because of all of the benefits they have gained that they want to keep. Between the stocks and revenue share, as well as the opportunities, there will be many reasons to stay.
It’s really a no-brainer for teams to join eXp. Train them and let them grow.
